Economy

Includes:

  • Prompt arrival at site and speedy progression through rooms saving time and hassle.
  • Service performed by highly trained technicians covered by $2 million in general liability insurance.
  • Pre-service inspection to verify unit is cooling (and heating if applicable) properly and without any signs of damage (noisy compressor, etc.).
  • Safe handling procedures ensure your units are not damaged in the process.
  • Removal of unit from sleeve and removal of fan shroud.
  • Non-acid, odorless and environmentally-friendly chemical cleaning of cooling fins with fresh-water rinse reduces future soil build-up and corrosion.  Neutral pH chemical prevents pitting/etching of the heat transfer surfaces your equipment.
  • Cleaning and reinstallation of reusable filters
  • Complete cleaning of condensate pan and fan blades.
  • Reliable completion of each unit and summary report to General Manager.
  • Each unit is labled with a dated sticker to document service.

Value

Includes all the services listed in the Economy package PLUS:

  • Installation of a new filter provided by customer (can be provided by SPTACS)
  • Leveling of the wall-sleeve.
  • Lubrication of fan motor.
  • Full manufacturer's warranty compliance

Premium

Includes all the services listed in both the Economy and Value packages PLUS:

  • Written report detailing the output air temperature of each unit compared to ambient air temperatures (identifies poorly performing units that could potentially be a source of guest complaints).
  • Installation of an algae-prevention tablet in each condensate pan (helps maintain indoor air quality).

As an additional service provided to all our customers, we can help you find replacement parts for your PTAC units.  We work closely with Air Distributors Company to provide replacement PTAC units and parts.  From the control buttons to complete replacement units we can help you find the parts you need.
